Important Announcement Change of Intrum Hellas 2 Designated Activity Company claims Servicer - Personal Data transfer and processing Notice

This notice includes information regarding the change of the Servicer of claims from loans and credits, that form part of the “Earth” portfolio (hereinafter Claims), with the Owner being the special purpose company “Intrum Hellas 2 Designated Activity Company” (hereinafter Intrum Hellas 2 DAC or Owner), domiciled in Dublin, Ireland (50 City Quay, Dublin, Dublin 2, D02 F588, Ireland) with registration number 626396 and the related transfer and processing of personal data in accordance with national law and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) for the purposes of the Claims servicing.

The Claims were transferred to the Owner under Law 4354/2015 by the National Bank of Greece S.A., pursuant to the Sale and Transfer Agreement dated 02.07.2018 and its amendment dated 05.11.2021. A summary of the transfer agreement has been registered in the Public Register of Article 3 of Law 2844/2000 of the Athens Pledge Registry under protocol number 131/02-07-2018 (Vol. 9, No. 327) as amended with protocol number 588/08-11-2021 (Vol. 13, No. 78).

The Owner assigned the servicing of the Claims initially to QQUANT MASTER SERVICER MONOPROSOPI ANONYMI ETAIREIA DIACHEIRISIS APAITISEON APO DANEIA KAI PISTOSEIS (hereinafter Quant) and subsequently, from 05/12/2022, to Intrum Hellas AEDADP (hereinafter Intrum Hellas).

As of 25/07/2025, the Owner reassigned the servicing of the Claims to Quant, in accordance with Law 5072/2023 with the Claims Management Agreement dated 24-07-2025 registered under protocol number 77/25-07-2025 in the Electronic Pledge Registry (hereinafter Assignment).

Quant is a servicer of loans and credits according to law 5072/2023, licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece (Decisions of the Credit and Insurance Committee no. 247/1/14.11.2017 published in Government Gazette B’ 4171/30.11.2017 and no 505/23/28.06.2024 published in Government Gazette B 3744/28.06.2024) with General Commercial Registry No. 143190101000 and tax identification number 800858891, having its registered office at 66 Kifissias Ave. 15125, Maroussi, Athens (e-mail: earth@qquant.gr , tel. number +30 281 121 9038).

The Assignment does not affect the position of debtors or other involved parties, nor the terms of repayment.

Processing of Personal Data

This notice also informs individuals connected to the Claims (e.g., borrowers, guarantors, collateral offerers, heirs, legal representatives, shareholders, attorneys, etc.—collectively referred to as Data Subjects) that, due to the change of the Servicer, their personal data will be transferred from Intrum Hellas to Quant, on behalf of the Owner, for the purpose of the Claims servicing.

From the date of the Assignment, both Quant and the Owner act as Independent Data Controllers.

The categories of personal data processed mainly consist of: identity and contact details, as well as financial and asset information related to the Claims and the debt servicing capacity (hereinafter Personal Data).

Quant processes Personal Data solely for: the servicing of the Claims, judicial or extrajudicial recovery, and regulatory compliance. In that context it may also collect and process data from publicly accessible sources and archives, based on its legitimate interest informing data subjects about the processing and their rights under GDPR.

Data Retention: Personal data will be retained as required by law or until the Claims are settled or otherwise extinguished.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

In the context and for the purposes of the servicing, Quant may transfer Personal Data to third parties (e.g. debt information companies, lawyers, notaries, couriers) and other related parties, strictly for the above purposes.

Data Subjects may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent in case it constitutes the legitimate base of the processing) by contacting either the Owner or Quant via:
