Following our announcement dated August 4, 2025, regarding the change of Servicer for the claims held by the special purpose company named “Intrum Hellas 2 Designated Activity Company” (“Claims Beneficiary”) and the assignment of their servicing to Quant, we hereby inform you that, as of September 9th, 2025, the name of the Claims Beneficiary has been changed from “Intrum Hellas 2 Designated Activity Company” to “Alpheus Hellas 2 Designated Activity Company” (“Alpheus Hellas 2 DAC”).
