How we recruit

The interviewing process requires time and effort. Our recruitment flow aims to make the experience fast and valuable for everyone involved.

  • Application

    Submit your application, and if your CV matches the position, our recruitment team will contact you to arrange a 1st round online interview. 

  • 1st round interview

    This is a behaviour-based conversation where you can briefly talk about yourself, your skills, and the role with a Talent Acquisition team member.

  • 2nd round interview with hiring managers
    If you complete the 1st interview successfully, you will have a 2nd round technical interview with the hiring team responsible for the role. 
  • Final interview
    A last discussion follows to ensure that we are an excellent fit for each other.
  • Job offer
    If you are considered the top candidate for the position, we will inform you by phone with a verbal offer, followed by a written official offer.
  • Onboarding
    To make your onboarding as smooth as possible, we will provide all the necessary materials and information you need to start your journey with us.
