- Have direct access to their transaction history.
- Manage their account and update their personal details.
- Set up their future repayments.
- Submit a request for settlement based on their financial capabilities.
- Submit a contact request for immediate assistance from a Quant representative.
This digital service is accessible via the Quant website and directly through the Quant my account. Combined with the e-Sign electronic signature service, which allows customers to sign the settlement agreement or other documents digitally, Quant my account platform reflects the company’s commitment to offering complete digital services.
