(“Quant”) announces the successful completion of its certification process against the new international standard ISO 37001:2025 (Anti-Bribery Management System), as well as the renewal of its ISO 37301:2021 (Compliance Management System) certification by the independent and accredited certification body TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS, with certification date 2 July 2026.
Certification to the new ISO 37001:2025 standard confirms the effective implementation of a comprehensive framework for the prevention, detection and management of bribery-related risks, incorporating the latest international requirements on business integrity, conflicts of interest management and the promotion of an ethical and transparent corporate culture.
At the same time, the renewal of the ISO 37301:2021 certification reaffirms the effectiveness and continuous improvement of Quant’s Compliance Management System, supporting strong governance, regulatory risk management and adherence to an increasingly demanding regulatory environment.
