This notice provides information regarding the sale and assignment of the claims from loans and credits that constitute the portfolio named “River” to a Servicer, as well as the relevant transmission and processing of personal data within the context and for the purposes of servicing, in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”) and the applicable national legislation (Law 4624/2019), as in force.
In particular, following our announcement dated 28 November 2025, we inform you that, pursuant to the claims Sale and Transfer Agreement dated 12.12.2025, registered in the Electronic Collateral Registry of the Hellenic Cadastre (Law 5123/2024) under protocol number 985/12.12.2025, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 5072/2023 and Article 3A of Law 4354/2015, as in force, the special purpose vehicle under the name “Asopus LP”, seated at Corporation Trust Centre, 1209 Orange Street, City of Wilmington, Delaware 19801, (hereinafter “Asopus” or the “Seller”), sold and transferred to the foreign company “Hoist Finance S.à r.l.” (hereinafter the “Buyer”), seated in Luxembourg (15 Boulevard F. W. Raiffeisen, L‑2411 Luxembourg), registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés) under number B295693, and acting in this instance on behalf of the separate asset group “Hoist Finance Europe”, which forms part of its existing loan and credit claims portfolio named “Mirror” that was under the servicing of QQuant Master Servicer Servicing of Loans and Credits Single Member S.A., which part constitutes the “River” Portfolio (hereinafter the “Claims”).
In accordance with Law 5072/2023, by virtue of the Servicing Assignment Agreement dated 12.12.2025, registered in the Electronic Collateral Registry of the Hellenic Cadastre (Law 5123/2024) under protocol number 988/12.12.2025, the Buyer assigned the servicing of the Claims to “QQuant Master Servicer Single-Member Loan and Credit Claims Management Company S.A.” (hereinafter “Quant” or the “Servicer”), which acts from 12.12.2025 onwards on behalf and for the account of the Buyer.
Quant, with registered office in the Municipality of Marousi, North Athens Regional Unit, Attica Region (66 Kifisias Avenue, 15125 Marousi), with G.E.MI. no. 143190101000 and Tax Identification Number 800858891 (email: river@qquant.gr, phone: +30 281 121 9038), has been licensed and is supervised by the Bank of Greece as a credit servicer, pursuant to Decisions 247/1/14.11.2017 and 505/23/28.06.2024 of the Credit and Insurance Committee of the Bank of Greece, published in Government Gazettes B’ 4171/30.11.2017 and 3744/28.06.2024 respectively.
It is noted that the above assignment of servicing does not affect the position of debtors or other liable persons, nor the terms for the repayment of the debts.
Processing of Personal Data
This notice also aims to inform natural persons linked to the above Claims in any capacity (including, indicatively, borrowers, guarantors, third-party security providers, special or universal successors (heirs), partners of legal entities, members of management bodies of legal entities or their legal representatives, shareholders and beneficial owners of legal entities or entities, attorneys, agents, employees/associates, family members, lawyers or proxies, notaries, bailiffs, etc., together referred to as the “Data Subjects”) that – as a consequence of the transfer of the Claims and the undertaking of the servicing on behalf of the Buyer – their personal data have been transmitted by Quant to the Buyer for the purpose of the servicing of the Claims.
Following the assignment of the servicing of the Claims by the Buyer to Quant, both parties act as Independent Data Controllers.
The categories of personal data that may be received and processed for the above purposes include, mainly, identity information, contact details (residential/mailing address and telephone numbers), as well as financial and asset information relating to the Claims and the ability to service them (hereinafter the “Personal Data”).
Quant processes the Personal Data solely within the context and for the purposes of servicing the Claims, judicial or extrajudicial enforcement, and/or regulatory compliance. In this context, Quant may collect and process information from publicly accessible sources and records, based on its legitimate interest, informing the Data Subjects about the processing and their rights, as required by the GDPR.
Quant will retain Personal Data for as long as legally and regulatorily required, i.e., for the period mandated by law or until the repayment or other lawful extinguishment of the Claims.
Disclosure to Third Parties
For the purposes of servicing the Claims, Quant may disclose data to cooperating entities (e.g., debt collection companies, lawyers, notaries, couriers), as well as to other parties involved in the Claims, solely for the above purposes.
Rights of Data Subjects
Data Subjects may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent where consent is the lawful basis) towards the Buyer and Quant through:
