How we recruit

The interviewing process requires time and effort. Our recruitment flow aims to make the experience fast and valuable for everyone involved.

  • Application

    You can explore all our career opportunities here. Once you submit your application, our recruitment team will review it. If your CV aligns with the open position’s requirements, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a 1st round online interview via Microsoft Teams to meet you.

    Please keep in mind that if your initial application was unsuccessful, it is more a matter of timing than a reflection of your qualifications and skills. Don’t let that stop you from applying to other career opportunities in the future.

  • 1st round interview

    This (up to) 45-minute first-round conversation allows you to meet a member of the Talent Acquisition team via MS Teams. During this session, we will discuss your background, skills, and role. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of the organisation and envision how you might fit into our workplace culture. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have for us.

    Please note that if, after our first interview, your profile does not align with the discussed position, you will receive an acknowledgement email along with our Candidate Experience Survey to help us improve our recruitment process.   • 2nd round interview with hiring managers

    If you complete the first interview successfully, you will be invited to have a 60-minute second-round online interview with the hiring team. This technical interview will be with your future leader to further communicate the role’s day-to-day responsibilities and challenges. It will also allow us to further assess how your qualifications and experience align with the position.

    Please note that if your profile doesn’t match the discussed position, you will receive an acknowledgement email along with our Candidate Experience Survey to help us improve our recruitment process.   • Final interview

    If you successfully complete the second-round interview, you will be invited to a 60-minute final discussion to ensure we are the right fit for each other.

    Please note that if your profile is not selected as the final choice, you will receive an immediate acknowledgement email along with feedback via phone. As the next step, you will be invited to complete our Candidate Experience Survey to help us improve our recruitment process.   • Conditional letter
    If you are selected as the top candidate for the position, we will notify you by phone at our earliest convenience. Following that, as part of our standard hiring process, you will receive a Conditional Letter via e-mail with all the necessary documents for the Pre-Employment Background Check, in accordance with our Background Check Policy.
  • Official offer letter

    Once the background check is completed, we will send you the official offer letter, which you need to sign and return to us electronically in order to begin your journey with us. If you have any questions or need further clarification before making your decision, we are happy to assist you.

    To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, we will provide all the necessary materials and information to help you get started prior to your first day. When you join Quant, you will have the opportunity to participate in various programmes and events, network with your colleagues, and set up the milestones for your new role.
